3. Use treatments that contain sulfur (5%) and or sodium sulfacetamide (10%) as their active ingredients. It is not known how exactly this works but it does and has only mild side effects that you don’t have to worry about.
4. Exercise patience and consistency. You will not see results overnight so you don’t have to start a new regime over a couple days. Just be patient and continue to use the products according to the directions; Rome wasn’t built in a day and you won’t find all your acne gone in the same space of time either. You may see initially that you will have a break out once you start using the product. This is a normal reaction and you should not use this to ban the product from your list of acne treatments. These studies of the two methods of laser treatment show a lot of positives and as with all new medical technologies there will be advances in years to come. The satisfaction level received by persons who have done this treatment have given them new found joy as for a lot of them their acne was so severe that it was affecting their social life.

I say if necessary because sometimes persons do not have prolong acne and just have flair ups every now and then. Many people, especially females, also use cosmetics to cover-up blemishes. While it’s acceptable to do so, you should avoid using an cosmetic or cream that contains:

• Isopropyl Myristate
• Any comedogenics

For birth control you can have your doctor recommend another one and for the other two medications you can ask your doctor if there are any alternatives to the drugs that you can use. 4. Reduce your intake of foods that are high in fat and up your consumption of fruits, watery vegetables and water.
5. If you are a smoker now is your time to quit. It doesn’t directly cause you to have pimples but it does leave your skin prone to bacteria and bacteria and pimples are not a good combination.
6. For a lot of persons they tend to have pimple breakouts in times of stress; if you have a deadline to meet at work or school or are having problems with family or other loved ones. If you find that you are in this category you will need to find ways to distress. You will know what is best for you so once you figure out how to reduce your stress then your pimples will subside.
